Sidewalks & Ice Melt
Why the walk gets cleared before the melt goes down, and how to keep it off your concrete.

Driveways and parking lots cleared with the truck-mounted BOSS V-plow, so you can get out and get going.
Plowing a driveway is mostly a question of where the snow goes. There is only so much room, and a pile in the wrong spot sits there until spring, blocking your view of the street, burying a sprinkler head, or melting across the concrete and freezing again overnight. We run a truck-mounted BOSS V-plow, which can point forward to split a hard drift or fold into a scoop to carry a load across a lot. That matters here, where the work runs from a tight home driveway to a wide commercial parking lot, and each one needs different passes.
The other half of the job shows up after the city plow comes through. Street plows push a ridge of heavy, packed snow across the end of every driveway, often right after you cleared it. That berm is dense enough to stop a car, and it sets up hard if it sits through a cold night. We dig those out too, and you can read about it in Bryan's review on this page. Snow along the Wasatch Front also runs from light and dry to heavy and wet, and lake-effect bands off the Great Salt Lake can drop far more on one town than the next.
The time to sort this out is before the first storm. An estimate is the right moment to go over where snow can be piled, where the edges of the drive are, and anything under the snow that a blade could catch, like a raised slab, a curb or a sprinkler head. Stakes along the edges help, and they have to go in before the ground freezes. Settle how much snow should be down before the truck comes, since that is the first thing people wish they had asked. Send the address and what needs clearing, and get on the plow list.
“Jose and his small crew/family are INCREDIBLE! I've never had a bad experience. Thank you for doing such great work. Oh ya, he also dug us out after the snow plows buried us this last nightmare winter. A good dude all around.”
“I would recommend All Seasons Grass Maintenance and Snow Removal. They have done a great job on my home snow removal needs. Jose is professional and personable. Please call this company, you will not be disappointed.”

Plowing, walks, ice melt, salt.
It helps. The blade cannot reach what is parked on the driveway or in the lot, so a clear space gets a cleaner pass. If a car has to stay, tell us where it will be.
We talk that through at the estimate. The goal is a spot that keeps your view of the street and your walks open, and stays out of the way when it melts.

Yes. When the city plow buries the end of your driveway, we come dig you back out.
That’s the whole idea behind the name. One crew keeps your grass sharp in the summer and your driveway clear in the winter, so you only make one call.
